Storage Service

All incoming events are stored on the internet server. Following review by the user they may be saved, deleted, renamed or left unchanged.

Every 24 hours the amount of server storage space is totalled. If it is greater than 1Gb then older events which have not been saved are progressively moved to the "Events Awaiting Deletion" folder, a day at a time, until 1Gb target is met. Events in the "Events Awaiting Deletion" folder stay there for 24 hours before being permanently deleted.

Unless there are issues or potential problems with the service provision, our staff do not review stored events.
